Natural Grass advisory group

Field Fund partners with Natural Grass Advisory Group™ for education, data collection and analysis, and maintenance and renovation planning. As the USA’s first independent data and support firm solely for high-use, natural grass sport surfaces, NGAG works with clients from Parks to Pros. With NGAG's unique technology and experience, Field Fund can make a positive impact with every dollar that is spent.

Jerad Minnick is Founder and Lead Advisor of Natural Grass Advisory Group™.  A former sports field manager, Jerad brings his on-field experiences to NGAG clients like The Field Fund. As the Director of Grounds and Environmental Management for the 24 field, 160 acre Maryland SoccerPlex, Minnick and his management staff redefined what is possible for high traffic natural grass fields. Previously to SoccerPlex, Jerad built Sporting Kansas City’s entire field maintenance department as their first ever Director of Grounds and served as Manager of Grounds for the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium. He also was an Associate Sports Turf Manager at the University of Missouri, the school where he earned his BS in Plant Science / Turfgrass Management… and the school of his favorite sports teams while growing up on a family farm in Northern Missouri – a family farm that is in full operation still today!
